Basic Homemade Alfajores – Receta Base 🍪
Ingredientes:
• 200 g harina de trigo
• 150 g maicena
• 100 g mantequilla (a temperatura ambiente)
• 80 g azúcar glass
• 2 yemas de huevo
• 1 cdita vainilla
• 1 cdita polvo de hornear
Pasos:
1️⃣ Mezcla mantequilla y azúcar hasta cremoso
2️⃣ Agrega yemas y vainilla
3️⃣ Incorpora secos poco a poco
4️⃣ Amasa suave (no sobre trabajar)
5️⃣ Reposa 30 min en la nevera
6️⃣ Estira, corta y hornea a 170 °C por 10–12 min
💡 Tip: las tapas deben quedar claritas, no doradas.
🍪 Basic Homemade Alfajores – Recipe 🍪
Ingredients:
• 200 g all-purpose flour
• 150 g cornstarch
• 100 g butter (room temperature)
• 80 g powdered sugar
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp baking powder
Steps:
1️⃣ Cream butter and sugar
2️⃣ Add yolks and vanilla
3️⃣ Slowly add dry ingredients
4️⃣ Mix gently
5️⃣ Chill for 30 minutes
6️⃣ Roll, cut, and bake at 170 °C for 10–12 minutes
✨ Keep them pale, not golden.
