Introduction of self :)
Hi, everyone, I'm Panos, 31 years old and I'm from Greece.
I've realized that every addiction has a purpose. Mine isn't really my phone—it's distraction.
Whenever life feels uncertain, I reach for something to fill the space. Scrolling is just one version of that. What I'm actually trying to learn is how to sit with myself without needing constant stimulation.
I'm fascinated by shadow work, psychology, and meditation because I think awareness is where real change begins. My goal isn't to become more productive. It's to become more present, more honest with myself, and less afraid of silence.
