Will I go big or go broke??

So I am setting up my first 40ft HC shipping container to use as a grow... i can also use some space in my single car garage if needed.. after paying for the container I will have around 6500 left and will need a gravel pad, breaker box, lights , ventilation, and electic ran to site, plus all other equipment and supplies for the grow... I do have an 18k btu minisplit or a 5ton hvac i already own that i can use but the 5 ton will need professional install and a gas line ran to it... am I gonna run out of money or is this doable in this budget... any suggestions?
