I hope everyone is doing well!! Quick question! Last weekend my elderly neighbor asked me to help her move. Her originally plans fell through. We worked last Sunday, Thursday night and Friday and then this weekend. She only moved to a one floor apartment a coupon miles away. So that was good. Here is where my question comes. Saturday I was able to stop in and out to make dough. But I never had a chance to bake it. I am hoping to get home early enough tomorrow to bake it. Has anyone gone this long? And now I have more catching up to do!! I still have two bread scores to request. And one is going to be interesting! It is one where I pushed the bulk fermentation! So I thought it was going to be perfect. But after seeing it, underproofed! So I compared my notes! Guess who forgot to pay attention to temperature!! Me! I hope to send those soon!
