Connect me to the wisdom of my body,
Songs of my ancestors sing me
Closer to harmony
The joy of creation steadily pulses within
I am as ancient as time
Alongside the beat of a newborn heart-
Rhythm brings me to life
May I again walk the full circle's edge
Aligned with form from the face of a drum
Cycles within cycles of an eternal dance
