Discord Responsibilities- I have a lot of commitments within a discord community I'm a part of that my consistent participation in is essential for a lot of my personal growth ideas. And I am part of a few different clubs within this space that require weekly "assignments," so it's just a generalized term. Today was book club so I prioritized reading a couple channels over ukelele practice. I could technically throw that in now because it's still Monday night, but it's a bit loud and I'm in a hotel.
Bug Exercises: General daily exercise to get my body flowing. Doing exercises that similarly mimic bug movements gets my kiddo involved in the process and it makes it just fun enough for me to do it. Otherwise, I really don't like traditional exercise routines and won't do it.
Dance: Freeform dance so I can move my emotions out of my body, become more present, and also use it as a means of exercise. Like dance therapy.
Ukelele: I'm learning how to play the ukelele and want daily practice, which I honestly already do for the most part, maybe 5-6 days a week so it's just gonna take that extra tiny bit of commitment
Tattoo: Im learning how to tattoo and am creating a portfolio to become a legitimate and certified artist. A lot of my discord participations will also revolve around tattoos, i.e. I am part of a mythology club within and my spin on it is to create tattoo designs based off of the current mythology theme we are learning about.
Art/Crafts: Painting, drawing, or anything creative that isn't specifically tattoo oriented and allows me more freedom than just strictly sticking to one media.
