Help with fear.
Today i have again noticed a fear i might have, no idea where it came from and why, and i believe its one of the worse ones you can have,
In a way it is a fear of being "too much" but it goes deeper, it stops me from showing happiness and being cheerful and so on,
Fearing happiness yet constantly trying to reach it while your brain avoids it is difficult, the last time i truly smiled was probably a few years ago, i can barely remember the 'true' feeling of happiness or content, yet not faltering and not really turning my self into emotion deprived husk, but trying to do better despite all of this. And thus i may be stuck in a loop until i will focus on feeling again, im not sure what kind of help i want to ask here just like a brainstorm of ideas and opinions will suffice. Thank you.
