That thing you’ve been thinking about over the last few days/months/years that’s crowding your mind… it’ll eventually become a duller thought over time.
It will also sit in your body as a fight, flight, or freeze state.
The body is only reacting to trauma in the way it knows how. With that being said, these are SUPPOSED to be temporary responses to discomfort but if unresolved through various therapies, the fascia will never relax in that area and a pattern of survival will form.
