Day 7: Cast a Vision for Your Future Marriage

Take 10–15 minutes to write a short vision for the Christ-centered marriage you hope to build.

Consider questions like:

What kind of husband or wife do you hope to be?
What values will shape your home?
Do you hope to have children? If so, how do you envision raising them in the faith?
What role will prayer, the sacraments, and your parish community play in your family life?
What traditions or rhythms do you hope to create together?
What kind of partnership do you envision (traditional, complementary, or another dynamic that reflects your shared gifts and values)?
How do you want your marriage to reflect Christ's love to the world?

Remember, this isn't about creating a perfect picture—it's about gaining clarity on the life God may be calling you to build with your future spouse.

Reflection: How can you begin living out parts of that vision today, even while you're single?
