Day 3 : Inner Harmony with Meditation
I really enjoyed today’s meditation. It was such a nice reminder to slow down and just sit with my breath for a few minutes. It helped me release some of the stress I didn’t even realise I was holding and just come back to myself. There was something really calming about having that quiet moment to check in with my body and just be present. Thank you, Marie 🦋
