Today I chose to move my body with intention, not pressure.
This season for me isn’t about pushing to extremes it’s about rebuilding. After time away from movement, I’m showing up each day in ways that feel kind, sustainable, and real for my body.
Some days that looks like walking, some days it’s gentle strength, and some days it’s simply choosing not to give up.
I’m learning that movement isn’t just about weight or appearance — it’s about reconnecting with myself, strengthening from the inside out, and giving my body the support it deserves.
Little by little, I’m building strength, confidence, and trust in my body again 🤍
