My focus word for today is solitude. When I woke up today, I asked myself “what is one thing my body needs today to feel supported,” and my body told me solitude. I need space today to nurture, ground, and complete necessary tasks. Two days ago, when I first did the exercise, my body told me it needs life. I had to do a deep reflection on that. My body wants me to be in the driver seat, which is where I am ready to grow my clarity and trust.
Also, from lesson 1, writing out where I feel most clear and aligned was really beneficial for me because I tend to focus too much on where I feel scattered. So, taking that time to be proud of myself and see how much I’ve grown made me feel loved.
