Challenge yourself daily, weekly - like taking a yoga series.. it may be painful at the start, but after a while it's easier. You get stronger, taller, healthier, calmer. Stretching can be on any or all levels, physical, emotional, mental, spiritual. Just do it. Always ask for the highest and best teachers/mentors.
