I'm hosting my second summit in November. My original plan was October until others started announcing their dates.
I had amazing speakers at my summit! Full debrief - dos & don'ts coming live next week.
#1 do is research other summit hosts in my niche to find out when their fall summit is.
#2 is research summits I want to speak in to find out when their fall summit is.
For me of the hardest parts of choosing a summit date is worrying about conflicting with summits in my niche. It’s not about conflicts with other summits. For me it's about overwhelming speakers. Overwhelming my audience and losing out on valued speaking opportunities.
