Cause Not Effect 🔁
Just read this in a book on sales and thought it was pretty cool. The author writes (paraphrasing):
“The basis of service is proactivity. Everyone on our team knows that they are the cause of what happens, not the effect. If a customer/client calls us asking for deliverables first, we know we’re failing.”
