So, we've been on the road for over a year now, living in many places in the South of England... Looking for the place ....
I remember coming to Brighton the very first time during a school trip during the Summer break in my prime years. I was 12. U2 had just released The Joshua Tree.
I remember it was a rainy day. We all went on the Pier and it was my first time playing with the penny pushers. Somehow this had a fascinating effect on me, and still on this day, I just love to take Elvis, have some fun with them, get a few funny key rings and have a laugh.
I also remember going to a record shop and buying the Sunday Bloody Sunday album on vinyl.
Throughout my existence, I remember saying that I had fallen in love with Brighton that day; that it reminded me of Nice, and felt a bit like its English version, with its seafront, promenade, architecture; its colourful and rock n'roll vibe!
I remember telling myself many times, that one day I would love to live there.
So, I don't know the whens and the hows, but I believe that space and energy in my life is probably Now. Within or on the outskirts, urban or rural, I am open to any suggestions.
If you have any ideas 💡 Feel free 🫶🏼
Is there a place like that for you? A place you always felt you belonged to, but never really acted on it?
