Welcome beautiful souls
Hello to my few beautiful souls who’ve decided to join this group. I believe we could grow this group to be quite large. I have been speaking to Daniel who is wonderful we’ve been chatting back-and-forth. Feel free to message me privately or shoot a message here on the board. This is just a place to reset and rise a place to talk about things what you’re going through if you have any stories if you need advice maybe like I’m not a professional like I’m not a therapist, but just if you feel like getting something out, this is a private group for people to grow to reset and rise.
I have my own business doing 9D Breathwork I’m a facilitator as well comes bodywork, meditation and used to do personal training and fitness. I found that my calling is to help other humans release what they’ve been holding onto and give knowledge that I have learned back to the communities and anywhere to anyone I can. I feel that I have been through it all and back hell on wheels if you would and my healing journey started almost 11 years ago. I feel and I need others to feel how I’ve come so far from what I have done to help myself what I have learned from the past 10 years from conversations with much wiser and older gurus along my way. Now from this 9D Breathwork that I do myself and facilitate truly BREATHTAKING 😉
I have a business that revolves around empowering anybody and everybody with the 9D Breathwork as well as other modalities. I also am just starting a new thing called “Remember Her TRIBE” because so many of us women are lost were so weighed down with life and life struggles and we’re supposed to stay strong I can give you some really good examples out of my life. BUT we smile and keep moving on thinking one day I will be happier one day I will change or lose that weight or take the time to do this for myself …..never happens and we have to keep our shit together and…….. so I created a tribe for us women to come together and heal together as soul/tribe sisters . I am holding a live on zoom on August 15 at 10 AM mountain time I live in Calgary Alberta so my time lol I invite you to join please join the tribe the more the better

Also, whoever joins this reset and rise welcome I love you from human to human. We are all born the same. We are all the same. We all have different paths, but that doesn’t mean we all need to be strangers so welcome and thank you for joining this group. Please post anything and everything you feel like if you feel like posting a picture of something that makes you happy. Tell us a story about it. If you feel like you’ve had a big win today. Tell us a story about it if you’ve had something horrible happened in your day and you need to get it out tell us about it.
