→ Before speaking: Am I saying this to reveal truth or to win?
→ Pause.
→ Let it land internally first.
→ Is this mine? Is this theirs? Am I meant to share this out loud?
🌀 Shadow Awareness
→ Where am I still participating in something that doesn’t feel aligned?
→ Not from judgment. From choice.
→ Where can I spend my time, money, and energy towards the things that I am building and are communally supported?
🌀 Allow Direction (Gate 2)
→ Point your feet and move (to get more information)
→ This could be as little as standing up
→ Rest and contemplation is needed. Waiting and withholding are moving more in the shadow
🌀 Relational Honesty (6 Energy)
→ Clear is kind.
→ Boundaries are clarity.
→ Truth creates alignment.
