Your journey begins with the connection to YOUR body first. The first 30 days you are guided to nurture the foundations of embodied work. After that, each month, more content is made available to you, to support you to slowly move through the material in a way that supports deeper integration. You’ll have community support and consultation from Kate along the entire way. After six months all the courses are open, with offers to deepen into advanced work in more private invite-only spaces.
