I'm looking for 10 traders who are ready to pass their prop firm challenges and get FUNDED.
Here's the deal...
I tried something a few years back that completely changed my perspective on coaching.
I took on this one trader who kept FAILING his prop firm evals.
Not because he was a bad trader.
Not because he didn't understand the markets.
But because every time he got close to the profit target... he'd mess it up with one emotional decision.
So instead of giving him more setups or strategies...
I just started walking him through the eval process daily using 1 strategy.
"Here's what you need to hit today."
"Show me your trades."
"Okay, here's where you're getting in your own way."
Simple stuff.
And you know what happened?
Dude passed his next eval in 1 week.
Got a $100K funded account.
Not because I gave him some magic system...
But because someone was ACTUALLY guiding him through the process... step by step.
Which brings me to why I'm writing this post...
Starting January 1st, 2025... I'm taking on 5 people with the SOLE INTENTION of helping you pass your prop firm challenges and get funded.
This isn't my main program.
(Though you'll get FREE access to all that training if you're already a member.)
This is something different.
Here's what it looks like:
→ Daily actionable steps from me focused on passing YOUR specific eval (no fluff, just "do THIS today")
→ I personally review your trades and tell you exactly what's keeping you from hitting your targets
→ My son will be in there too, helping out (he's an adult now and gets paid to assist... so you're getting TWO sets of eyes on your progress)
→ Access to a VOXER group to see trades that go along with the 30 day program so you know exactly when we see the trade and how to handle it.
→ We tackle the specific challenges that trip up MOST traders during evals
Think of it like having a personal coach...
But ONLY focused on getting you passed prop firm accounts.
Now...
Let me address the elephant in the room.
Why do most traders FAIL their prop firm challenges even when they're profitable traders?
It's not because they can't trade.
It's because prop firm evals create a PSYCHOLOGICAL pressure cooker.
You KNOW you have a time limit.
You KNOW you have a drawdown limit.
You KNOW you need to hit a specific profit target.
And your brain responds to that pressure by doing THE WORST possible things...
Overtrading to "make up ground."
Taking setups that don't fit your plan because "time is running out."
Risking too much because you're desperate to hit the target.
It's not a strategy problem.
It's a BEHAVIOR problem under pressure.
And when you have someone guiding you through the eval...
Who's seen the patterns of what makes people fail...
And what makes people PASS...
Suddenly those mistakes become way easier to avoid.
You're not guessing.
You're following a proven process.
Which is why I'm limiting this to just 5 people.
Because I can't personally guide 100 people through their evals every day.
That'd be insane.
But 5?
That's manageable.
And it allows me to actually GET PEOPLE FUNDED and still be able to focus on my current 1 on 1 students.
Here's what I need from YOU though:
I'm NOT looking for people with a gambler/get-rich-quick mentality.
If you think this is some shortcut where you don't have to follow rules...
This ain't it.
I'm looking for people who will SHOW UP.
Who will stick to the plan.
Who are willing to be patient... even when it feels like the eval is dragging.
Also you need to be coachable.. and a POSITIVE person to be around.
Because here's what I've seen work over and over:
One of my traders passed a $50K eval in 4 days following the exact process I gave him.
Another person failed 117 times before working with me... then passed on her next attempt and got a $200K account.
And literally last week, someone sent me a screenshot of their first funded payout... $3,200... using the EXACT approach we mapped out together. I have some getting $25,000+ payouts!
The pattern is ALWAYS the same:
Focused guidance + disciplined execution during the eval = funded accounts.
No gambling.
No revenge trading.
Just strategic progress toward the target.
