One of the brothers commented on my post with this and it made me remember just how true it is. When I started Muay Thai I said my legs would get beat up, UNTIL….
I started working on my legs, A LOT.
The more you fail at something the more you realise how bad you are at that specific thing. So how do we turn it into a superpower?
- Realise your weakness
- Work on that MORE then anything else
If you do these 2 things. You will realise that your weakness might not only be as good as your strengths, it might even become better because of the amount of work you did.
