We’ve all had those "OH-NO..." moments.
The ones where you look around and think, “How did I end up here?”
When you’ve lost your way and no matter what you do, you're stuck in a loop you just can’t break.
Then comes the stress, self-doubt, and confusion, making it even harder to figure out your next step. 😅
But here’s what I've learned after working with various kinds of businesses both online and offline for the past 10 years:
Feeling off track doesn’t mean you’re failing.
It’s simply a sign that something inside or around you needs a REALIGNMENT.
That’s exactly why I created the BACK ON TRACK™ model.
It’s a simple, intuitive compass that helps you check in with yourself in a practical, holistic way so you can:
✅ Assess where you’re at.
✅ Understand why you’re off track.
✅ Take practical steps to get back on track even when the path ahead isn’t fully visible yet.
This way you can start moving again and take back the driver’s seat of your life.
Here are the 5 checkpoints I use to guide the process:
🔴 Am I Triggered? (emotional - external)
What’s happening around me that’s making me feel tense, annoyed, or off-balance?
🟠 Did I Lose Something? (emotional - internal)
Am I missing something inside me that’s messing with my energy?
🟢 Am I Distracted? (mental - external)
What’s pulling my attention away from what really matters right now?
🔵 Did I Fail at Something? (mental - internal)
Is there a mistake or setback I haven’t fully processed that’s still weighing me down?
🟣 Do I Feel Disconnected? (spiritual)
Am I out of touch with my purpose, my values, or what truly makes me happy?
Once you get clear on this, it becomes much clearer where to focus your energy and what your next step should be.
We already have the tools within ourselves to get back on track.
It’s just a matter of remembering how to use them.
I'm actually planning on turning this as an official book by 2026.

Question for you:
Which of these 5 checkpoints usually pops up first when you feel off track?
Or do you have your own ritual you use when feeling off track? Share it in the comments. I’d love to know! ☺️
