The #1 mistake I see in resumes:
Job descriptions instead of accomplishments.
❌ "Responsiblee for managing social media accounts"
✅ "Grew LinkedIn audience from 800 to 14K in 10 months, generating 3 enterprise leads/month"
Hiring managers don't want to know what you were supposed to do. They want proof you did it well
