Three smaller heads
I don't like stopping a drawing halfway through, so when have less free time I just draw smaller portraits (roughly 10–15cm across). These three heads took me about 45 mins each, which is perfect for when I need to get my mind off things and the weather's too lousy for a walk.
It also feels less like a commitment and I'm more willing to explore different styles or approaches (e.g. this bold outline).
