I asked the beautiful speaker Connie Matthews Harshaw “what do you do in a male dominated industry as a women of color standing her ground and speaking from her strengths and having a fear of being labeled “the angry black women” based of the norm of assumptions” her answer was perfect… “Addresd the elephant in the room “Hello / Good morning my name is ______ and I’m not the Angry black women “….. I LOVED IT
