Grabbing is a skill gap, not a character flaw
Grabbing usually means: “I want it now and I do not know what to do first."
So we practice one clear plan:
Pause → Ask → Trade
Try it like this:
  • Pause: hands back
  • Ask: “Can I have a turn when you are done?”
  • Trade: “Want to trade?” or “I will swap you.”
Parents/Caregivers script: “Hands back. First ask, then trade.”
