Small property management tips
Regardless of what’s going on ( if they are late , getting on your nerves ) .. small gestures count.. so we like to send notes on all holidays and birthdays to our residents. The photo attached was a simple text that we sent to everyone today. It humanizes the relationship .. and could be the difference on getting your rent in full on a random month.
