Not every lead is “bad” or uninterested.
A lot of them are just forgotten.
They fill a form, send a message, show interest… and then life happens on both sides.
No follow-up system = no reminder = lost opportunity.
Sometimes the biggest leak in a business isn’t traffic or ads…
It’s simply not staying in front of people long enough to close them.
