Self Awareness and Change
Like for many therapy types (yeah, did you know there’s different kinds of therapy?) a foundational aspect of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is the ability to have a sense of self awareness.
Why is awareness of the way we behave, what we think, or how we feel so important? Well, it makes it easier to understand ourselves and move through the process of change when we have some data on what’s going on.
What helps you become more aware of how you show up in the world or within yourself?
