🌱 I’ve been thinking about taking this one step further…

After my session on 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱™, I’ve had a lot of thoughts about what could come next.

I’m considering running a 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹, 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 where we don't just talk about growth…We actually work through it together. Over several weeks, we'd work through the 𝗦𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵, look at YOUR community, identify where you're getting stuck, and work on practical changes together.

No growth hacks.

No chasing numbers.

No trying to copy what everyone else is doing.

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱:

🌱 Create the right foundations

🧭 Become visible to the right people

🤝 Build genuine relationships

❤️ Create belonging

💬 Increase meaningful engagement

🌿 Lead intentionally

🌳 Build sustainable growth

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗽𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲:

𝘞𝘦'𝘳𝘦 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘮𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳𝘴.

𝘞𝘦'𝘳𝘦 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩𝘺, 𝘴𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘵𝘩.

But before I build this any further, I want to ask you…
