Well that was something.
Was having some issues with the tool loading early this morning and was about to have a meltdown.
We did a bunch of looking around to make sure the server could handle all of the traffic, made sure nothing gets bogged down, things are running smoothly and then we have a couple extra people getting set up and it completely dies.
*insert confused panic attack here*
Apparently there was a global issue with php and every server than uses it has to install some updates / security patches. So that basically means almost every server everywhere running almost everyone's websites.
Phew..
