Affiliate-Transparenz im Hub – Neue Regelung ab sofort gültig / Affiliate transparency in the Hub – New regulation effective immediately
Ab sofort gilt im Promo Hub eine klare Regelung für Affiliate-Links.
Um Transparenz und Rechtssicherheit zu gewährleisten, müssen alle Beiträge mit Affiliate-Bezug ausschließlich in der Kategorie „Affiliate Products“ gepostet werden.
Jeder enthaltene Affiliate-Link ist zusätzlich deutlich mit „(Werbung)“ zu kennzeichnen – das ist nicht nur fair gegenüber der Community, sondern nach § 6 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 DDG und § 5a Abs. 6 UWG auch gesetzlich vorgeschrieben.
Beiträge mit Affiliate-Links, die nicht korrekt gekennzeichnet oder in anderen Kategorien gepostet werden, werden ohne Ankündigung gelöscht. Das gilt auf für Communitys, für die Ihr eine Provision bezieht.
Diese Regelung dient der Transparenz, Glaubwürdigkeit und rechtlichen Sicherheit aller Mitglieder.

Effective immediately, we’re introducing a clear rule for affiliate links in the Promo Hub.
To ensure transparency and legal compliance, all affiliate-related posts must be shared exclusively in the “Affiliate Products” category.
Each affiliate link must also be clearly marked with “(Advertisement)” – this is not only fair to the community but also a legal requirement under German law (§ 6 Abs. 1 No. 1 DDG and § 5a Abs. 6 UWG).
Posts containing affiliate links that are not properly labeled or posted in the wrong category will be removed without prior notice. This also applies to communities for which you receive a commission.
This rule ensures transparency, credibility, and legal safety for everyone in the Hub.
