More Authenticity tools.
Continuing on from the previous post, here are some more tools to assist with a strong, clear authentic broadcast signal:
- Radical Acceptance. Allowing the perceived present moment, to be whatever it is right now, free of judging, or projecting. Be it's witness. Allow yourself to feel it, connect with it, make friends with it and be gentle with your accessment of it. Allow the journey to unfold, like the gift it is. Yes, appreciate the destination you wish to be at but seek to find peace and enjoy the ride that gets you there.
- Build Foundation. Just like a building, your authenticity needs a firm foundation from which to build your character on. Start by examining your core essence. Trust its intuition and guidance to show you the way to your truth. Let the inner child self, remind you what you are passionate about, what brings you joy, what lights your embers and fuels them into fire. Energy grows where attention goes, so choose wisely where to focal your zero point energy.
- Unconditionally love yourself and others. When you choose to love yourself, just how you are, you remind yourself that other's equally deserve acceptance also. This does not mean to allow bad treatment, it means to project love anyway, regardless of what may be projected at you, even if that means making boundaries and sending love from a distance. The duality of wishing them well, while protecting your peace, can absolutely exist at the same time.
