I have 3 questions...
- What do you do when you have inactive members that haven't been on Skool for days? Do you keep them, remove them? I'm not talking about people who are active on Skool and don't participate in your community.
- What do you do when people churn? Do you follow up to ask for feedback? Do you just let them be?
- What do you do when you want to jump off a community? Do you notify the owner or do you just leave?
