🔥 What's my onboarding process?
1. Create Welcome Post for each member that joins, prompt others to welcome with a GIF
2. Send a welcome video in the DMs prompting them to introduce themselves and hit the bell to welcome new members.
3. Send DM after 24 hours of nurture with a This or That question.
ex. “Do you already have any clients? Or are you looking to secure your first one?”

3. Quick Win: Get More Conversations This Week
Most coaches don't need more followers.
They need more conversations.
This week, reach out to 10 people who already engage with your content and ask:
"Hey [Name], curious, what's your biggest challenge when it comes to [your niche] right now?"
Don't pitch.
Just listen.
The best content, offers and clients come from understanding real problems.

To make the most of the community, I always recommend:
