This is a 7 hour long course and I don't know if I will ever get through it, but some of you may know that I started my community leadership journey following Max's system in the Kourse Community.
I learned it, implemented it and, to no fault of Max and his amazing team, I flubbed. It was a very expensive lesson, but a lesson I have been helping you all to avoid.
That lesson is that no one cares about your classroom.
They pay for access, speed and perceived rate of success.
Then they stay and continue to pay because of the connections they build in the community.
