I have a Marathon to run in September and it involves hills.
I am at least 60lbs over weight and need to get fit enough to start Marathon training.
So, from 2nd March, I changed diet and started walking 10K steps a day.
7 days in and I had lost a few lbs and was walking well feeling awesome!!! 100K steps in 10 days felt like i was invincible ... then woke up to a super sore ankle. These last 3 days I've had to rest, but it's getting better and I am sure to be walking again soon.
I probably went to fast 0 to 10K a day might not have been such a good idea haha
Everything will be okay I am sure. Most importantly, I never quit when I set my mind to something.
