This morning, I spent hours formatting a document that AI could have done in a matter of minutes. It didn't need my fingerprints. I just did it because it was right there and I wasn't thinking about productivity.

I think a lot of us do that. We tell ourselves it's quicker this way, but those little tasks, they add up. And before long, your day's gone, and none of it really required you.

So, here's the simple check for today. Look at whatever's next on your list and ask: would this turn out differently if someone else or AI handled it?

If not, that's worth paying attention to. You don't have to overhaul your whole system immediately and add more to your to-do list, but just look at your never-ending list and identify the tasks that could be delegated or deleted.

That's usually where the shift starts.
