TODAY’S MISSION: WATCH THE EYES
Get a quick baseline, notice the person’s usual blinking pattern.
Then watch for changes in:
🔹 Blink rate: how often they blink.
🔹Shutter speed:how quickly their eyelids close and reopen.
Does either speed up or slow down? What was being discussed when it changed?
Make a note afterwards. Look for other changes in their voice, expression or posture.
A change is a prompt to explore not proof of stress, contempt or deception.
