Skool Challenge Automation: Reminders, Check-Ins, and Follow-Ups
Challenges are one of the easiest Skool workflows to automate.
Why?
Because challenges already have a sequence.
There is a start.
There are daily actions.
There are reminders.
There are check-ins.
There is a final recap.
That makes them perfect for automation.
Here is a simple 5-day Skool challenge workflow.
𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟬: 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗼𝗳𝗳
Post:
“We are starting a 5-day challenge. Drop ‘I’m in’ if you are participating.”
𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟭: 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Send or post the first task.
𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮: 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿
Nudge members who joined but have not participated yet.
𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟯: 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝗶𝗻
Ask what they completed and where they are stuck.
𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟰: 𝗘𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻
Share a quick tip, example, or mistake to avoid.

Ask members to share what they completed or learned.

Ask who wants help continuing the momentum.
