A skill I would be I am very empathic and can really feel the problem or issue for most. I have the ability to converse and adapt to situations quickly.
A challenge I need to work on would be the lack of focus and motivation. I get comfortable to easy with being comfortable. I want to be able to comfortable with being uncomfortable.
So for the positive habit to incorporate, I chose self care. I have added a self care routine now for roughly 6/7 days and will slowly increase the time as I gain the ability to do so . Right now I am right around 40 minutes give or take.
