I am sharing from the prompt in the first lesson. A pain point I struggle with is feeling unworthy sometimes, and I feel like I am not capable of holding down a routine that keeps me striving towards greatness. I notice that I rebel against certain forms of structure. I am currently committing to adding 15 min to my 15 minute guided meditation routine to include a block of time to sit and simply focus on my breath. So it is.
