Pillar 2: Continuity: holding the patient's experience together across the gaps in care, where the clinical model can’t reach.
Deliverables: Supporting patients between clinical appointments through aligned coaching and continuous engagement, so that their care experience feels connected, steady, and easier to navigate over time.
Pillar 3: Retention: preserving the relationship and trust when patients face the high-stakes decisions and the emotional weight of fertility on their own.
Deliverables: Strengthening trust and engagement through ongoing support, coordination, and visibility into engagement and retention signals, so that patients stay engaged with their treatment, follow through on their plan, and remain confident in the path they're on with the clinic.
