Introduce myself

Hello beautiful Doulas!

I’m very new here. Actually this is my very first doula community ever. So yes… I’m the newbie in the room 😄.

Let’s talk numbers (deep breath 😅):

After becoming certified, I’ve had 1 official paying birth. Before that, over the past 6 years, I supported 6 births in total. So technically… I average 1 birth a year 🤣.

Clearly, it’s time to boost that up to 4 births a month 🥰.

I’ve also done several pro bono consultations while building confidence and experience. Revenue right now? Basically zero. Working in progress. Very much in the “planting seeds” phase.

I live in Göteborg, Sweden (CET/CEST). I’m a full-time mama because my husband works full night shifts, so I hold the fort at home. My big vision is to make a sustainable, full-time living as a doula, because if I get to do what I love every day, I’ll never “work” a day in my life 💖 (dream life loading…)

So here’s where I’m at:

• Certified doula in early growth stage

• 1 non-paying birth so far

• No consistent revenue yet

• Big heart, big dream, strong sense of humour

• Goal: 4 births per month

My struggle? Visibility, consistent clients, and turning passion into income without losing the soul of why I started.
