I’m Emilee, based in the Dallas Fort Worth area. I’ve been supporting families for 30 years overall, with the last several years focused specifically on newborns and postpartum recovery.
I'm the founder of Nanny Emmy Agency, which provides newborn care and postpartum support to families nationwide. I'm also the founder of Domestic Solutions, which provides home manger services to busy families for nearly 15 years. I'm currently focused on growing my agency and scaling to consistent $10k+ months with clear systems without burnout.
What I’m working through right now:
- Consistent lead generation
- Converting inquiries into booked packages
- Clear positioning and messaging that attracts the right families
- Building predictable revenue instead of income swings
A little about me outside of work: I'm single with no children (I just borrow them). I love to bake and add to my indoor plant collection. In my down time, I watch more streaming services than I should admit.
