Self care God's way
Hello, im shauntell, im from the midwest USA. I'm looking forward to this community and learning new tools to add to my mental health and spiritual health arsenal. Ive been walking with God as a christian for 7 years now going on 8. I love poetry, I have a 17 year old cat name tygrrr. And im a twin, with a twin brother. Family is a huge value to me as well as community.
