I’m based in the Chicago suburbs and have over 20 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry, with a strong background in underwriting, deal structuring, and risk analysis.
Today, my focus is on value-add residential investments, furnished flex strategies (mid-term and short-term rentals), and structuring deals with strong financing and capital positioning.
