Emotional intelligence involves achieving your goals while simultaneously uplifting others' self-esteem. It's an inherent skill that encompasses comprehending human emotions and psychology and leveraging this understanding not selfishly, but in a holistic and efficient manner. The most effective way to close a deal is by instilling in the prospect the desire to take the desired action, all the while making them believe it's what they genuinely want for themselves.
I think I use emotional intelligence massively in my life. I'm dyslexic, and this is one of my superpowers :P. Examples include building relationship with my barista or bagel shop cashier.
