ANY INDIAN HERE Need help!!
So I am trying to enroll in bronze simply close. But didn't able to transfer money into US Dollars.
My card simply declines everytime I pay, it says it need authorization and more information what does it mean?
I have tried to contact bank previously but It seems to work.
Please give me advice.
