You’re not a failure.
I think often people believe they have to be all natural birthing and that if they need intervention they have failed. The truth is… yes, birth is a natural process that can happen on your own at home or with a midwife. But there are factors that will need a transfer to a hospital.
You didnt fail, your body didn’t fail, and it’s a miracle that women today have the ability to go to a hospital and have their lives and their babies life saved. So in the end if you need intervention don’t tell yourself you failed, instead say a prayer of thanks that we have a medical system that can save you when in the past those labors ended in tragedy. ❤️🩹
